UNITED GAMERS HIDEOUT

Every gamer deserves a path to pro.

We build the competitive infrastructure India is missing — tournaments that count, communities that last, and a place where a player from a tier-3 city can compete, build a reputation, and get seen. We've built it for publishers. Now we're building it for players.

WHO WE ARE

ABOUT

United Gamers Hideout is an esports operator based in Hyderabad. We started by running competitive events and grew into the team publishers hire when they enter India.

The work spans tournament operations, game community building, creator programmes, broadcast production and go-to-market campaigns — for Riot Games, NetEase, IGG and others, alongside properties we designed and own.

What we're building next is the platform version of the same idea: one place where India's fragmented gaming community can compete, be seen, and get scouted.

HIDEOUT — PUBLISHER CAMPAIGN

Lords Mobile Hideout

IGG · INDIA LAUNCH & GROWTH

Reach was never the hard part. Holding it was. UGH built a three-layer funnel for Lords Mobile in India — creators at the top, from small community channels all the way up to Triggered Insaan; a content layer in the middle to keep the game in people's feeds after the launch spike; and events at the bottom to turn a casual download into a player who stayed. The campaign drove over a million views and more than 100,000 downloads — and left behind an active Lords Mobile community of 100,000+ players.

HIDEOUT — BRAND CAMPAIGN

ROG Phone 2 Campaign

ASUS ROG · OFFLINE ACTIVATION

An offline campaign for the ASUS ROG Phone 2, run through India's gaming cafes — putting the device in players' hands in the rooms where they already competed, rather than advertising at them.

HIDEOUT — PUBLISHER CAMPAIGN

Marvel Super War Hideout

NETEASE · INDIA

NetEase brought its Marvel MOBA to India and needed a player base to launch into. UGH built the community layer — seeding players, activating creators, and running the competitive touchpoints that give a new title somewhere to compete.

Legends of Runeterra Hideout

RIOT GAMES · INDIA

A digital card game in a market with almost no precedent for the genre. UGH seeded and held together an Indian player community for Legends of Runeterra — onboarding new players, working with creators to teach the game, and building competitive formats worth showing up for.

Teamfight Tactics Hideout

RIOT GAMES · INDIA · COMMUNITY CUP 2020

Auto-battlers were new to India and Teamfight Tactics had no local scene. UGH built one from a standing start — grassroots competition, creator-led education, and the community programming that turns a curiosity into a habit.

UGH ORIGINAL — CREATOR PROGRAMME

CreatorX

CREATOR NETWORK · IN PARTNERSHIP WITH QLAN

CreatorX was built on a simple bet: for install intent, five hundred small creators beat one large one. UGH recruited and onboarded a micro-creator network as a distributed campaign layer — owned distribution, so campaigns could be delivered without buying reach on the open market.

Valorant Hideout

BOOTCAMP · WITH IACG HYDERABAD · 2023

A pathway, not a tournament. UGH ran an open online qualifier across more than a thousand Valorant players, selected the top five, and put them through a one-week residential bootcamp built with IACG in Hyderabad — designing both the road to the bootcamp and the programme the players went through once they got there.
